ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
You are eligible to return your products less at 10% restocking fee if the item(s) meet the following criteria:
The date of your return is within 30 days of your original order date.
The item(s) being returned are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The item was not a special order item. (Any items that are special order will be indicated on the item detail page above the price.)
If your item is outside of 30 days, you may still return the item for a return less a 30% restocking fee and original shipping charges, in the form of store credit only. No returns will allowed past 60 days.
If your item(s) meets these criteria, then you can request a RMA number for your return. To request your return, please do one of the following:

IMPORTANT: If you send your product back without following this step, you may experience a much longer delay in the processing of your return, and you will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges, and shipping costs to send the item back to the manufacturer.
When you receive your RMA number we will give you instructions on how to return your products. As a courtesy we offer a pre-paid UPS shipping label to make your return easier and ensure your order isn't lost in transit during return.
LARGE EQUIPMENT
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for large equipment including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and all equipment that ships via LTL carrier. Do not sign for equipment from your shipment before inspecting for any freight damages. Once you have signed for equipment, it becomes your responsibility and there is nothing Western Restaurant Supply & Design can do for you.
Refunds
A refund on the original form of payment less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charges, and cost of pre-paid shipping label will be issued once we have received the product back and verified its in returnable condition.
You can expect to receive a refund within 5-10 business days of our receipt of your return. Remember, the refund will be less any applicable restocking fees, and the original shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded less the original shipping costs incurred by Western Equipment Sales to ship the item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any restocking fees that may be charged.
